It can be just a bit unsettling when you think about visiting a new church. Many questions can cross your mind about what we do, where to go, and what to say. We have tried to develop a web page that will calm your fears and answer any questions that you may have about Faith United Methodist Church to make your first visit completely comfortable. By eliminating the "unknowns" before hand, our prayer is that you will come worship with us and experience God's love. 2011 Trip to biblical sites in Israel and Jordan

Join Pastor Joey and others from Faith UMC on an extensive trip touring biblical sites in Israel and Jordan 3/2/11-3/11/11. Some of the things we will see/do include: Shrine of the book (housing part of the Dead Sea Scrolls), Garden of Gethsemane, Mount Zion, Church of St. Peter in Gallicantu, Old City of Jerusalem, Western Wailing Wall, Yad Vashem, Communion at the Garden Tomb, Megiddo, Valley of Armageddon, Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, River Jordan, Mount Nebo, Jerash, and Petra/Amman.

The cost is $3360 per person and includes airfare (except baggage charges), hotels, all tranfers and taxes, continental breakfast and dinner daily (except beverages), a keepsake DVD of your travel program, and travel insurance. This is a new lower price and we will need a verbal commitment before the end of May in order to hold these seats. (Sorry for the short timeline). There is a $500 deposit per person necessary, and passport information is due by July 1st with a full commitment to the trip.
